Q: Who runs the store?
A: The store is run by the dynamic trio of Elsa, Baiazid, and Riki! Elsa is the boss who calls the shots, Baiazid handles all the snack decisions, and Riki makes sure everyone gets their fair share of belly rubs. We might let a human help out behind the scenes, but the real leadership comes from our paws-itively amazing team!
Q: Do you really think pets can run a store?
A: Absolutely! Elsa’s impeccable taste in cozy cat beds, Baiazid’s snack obsession, and Riki’s experience with toys make them the perfect founders. As for the human – they just handle the shipping and customer service. We’ve got the pet expertise covered!
Q: Are the products tested by actual pets?
A: You bet! All our products go through thorough testing by Elsa, Baiazid, and Riki. If they don’t approve, it doesn’t make it to our store. They’ve got high standards when it comes to comfort, treats, and fun!
Q: What’s the best product for my dog?
A: Riki personally recommends our chew toys, treats, and outdoor gear. He’s a big fan of toys that squeak, so you can bet those get the “Riki Seal of Approval.” We also have comfy beds for when your dog needs a cozy nap after all that fun.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Elsa insists on fast delivery because she can’t stand waiting for her new treats. Riki agrees – he’s got some serious tail-wagging to do once the package arrives.
Q: What if my pet doesn’t like a product?
A: No worries! We want you and your pet to be happy. If a product isn’t working out, just reach out to us, and we’ll make things right. Elsa doesn’t like a lot of things, so we’re always happy to return or exchange.

A: Absolutely! We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Elsa would never settle for anything less than perfect, so we aim to make sure you're just as happy as she is with her new products.

A: If you have any questions or need assistance, you can reach our human customer service team via email or live chat. They’ll respond faster than Riki can chase a squirrel! (That’s pretty fast.)
Q: Are your products safe for my pets?
A: Yes! All of our products are carefully selected with your pets' safety and comfort in mind. Elsa, Baiazid, and Riki would never stand for anything unsafe, and we’ve made sure all products meet our strict standards before they hit the shelves.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We currently ship within Europe, but we’re paws-itively working on expanding to international orders. Riki’s been lobbying for treats in every country, and we think that’s a great idea!
Q: Can I get a personalized product for my pet?
A: While we don't offer custom products just yet, we do have a wide range of products that can be tailored to your pet’s needs. If you’re looking for something specific, drop us a line – we’re always happy to help you find the perfect item for your furry friend.
Q: Why is the store called E&B Pets?
A: E&B stands for Elsa and Baiazid (the cats), who are the original masterminds of the store. Riki (the dog) insisted on being a co-founder, so it’s really E, B, and R. But we thought "E&B Pets" sounded a little classier, don’t you think?
Q: How do I know if a product is right for my pet?
A: Each product page includes a detailed description and specifications to help you find the best fit for your pet. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to our team – we’re always ready to help, and we’ll make sure you’re choosing the perfect product for your furry family member!
Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A: We typically send out orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on where you are from, it may take up to 5 business days. Riki insists on fast deliveries so he can get to the treats, and Elsa won’t stand for delays – so you can expect your package to arrive promptly!
